Four times a year our Board of Directors will host a Open Town Hall meeting for our community members. The Town Hall Meeting is meant to engage our community members in health by giving them the opportunity to connect with employees and to be updated on programs and services. All Huli'tun Health Society Programs and services are based on the Vision and Mission statement as well as the Health Plan which was developed by the community members we serve.
If you have a suggestion for an agenda item that you would like to hear more of please submit to info@hulhetun.ca
We will be filtering through the emails, summarizing them and do our best to keep our communities informed by addressing these items at our Town Hall Meetings.

Note:
We will not be discussing individuals or making motions at any Town Hall Meeting. Compliments, Concerns and ideas have a formal process which requires a form to be filled out (could be found at front desk, website or social media) ; concerns and motions take time, proof/evidence and discussions which are done at Board of Director meetings or operationally.
We are legally bound by our Board of Director Minutes; therefore, selecting agenda items are important. All Regular Minutes are updated under the "Regular Board of Directors Minutes" tab once approved.
